I’m not sure if it was just me, but using the site on mobile felt kind of frustrating. I had a hard time finding what I needed, some of the pages seemed a bit cluttered, and checkout wasn’t as smooth as I expected

"Financing was a headache"
So... I tried using the financing option, but it kept glitching out when I got to checkout. The payment page was confusing, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help. I ended up wasting a bunch of time and just gave up. Definitely not a great experience for me.

"Frustrating return experience"
I had a frustrating time trying to sort out a return/warranty issue. The replies were slow, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic answers?? By the end, it seemed like they didn’t really want to help. Maybe other people have had a better experience, who knows?? But I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Bagriders again.

I was planning to place an order, but a bunch of the things I needed were out of stock. Maybe I just checked at a bad time, so I can’t say if it’s always like that, but it made shopping there feel kind of pointless for me...
"Good order, but the packaging let me down a bit"
I’ve bought from this brand before and usually feel confident sticking with them, so I was a little disappointed when this order showed up with the box beat up. Thankfully nothing was broken and the parts were all there, but I expected better packing, especially since I’ve had good experiences with them in the past. Overall it was fine, just not quite up to the standard I usually associate with them

"Ride comfort still feels rough"
I ordered from Bag Riders because I was really hoping it would smooth out the ride a bit. I still remember the first drive after everything was set up, kind of excited and waiting for that softer feel, but it still felt harsh. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but for the money I just don’t feel much of a comfort improvement. The setup itself was fine, I’m just disappointed with how it turned out.
"The stance just didn’t turn out right"
I ordered these expecting the car to sit clean, and I don’t think that was an unreasonable expectation. After waiting for them to arrive, the final look was just awkward and uneven. Maybe it works for some setups, but on mine it was nowhere near the stance I had pictured. Disappointing, honestly.

"Prices Felt Too High"
Well... I checked out bagriders.com hoping to find a solid deal, but the prices felt steep to me. I was able to find some of the same stuff cheaper on other sites, so it was hard to convince myself to buy from there. The parts might be totally fine, but when it came to value, I just wasn’t seeing it. Once shipping was added in, it felt like I’d be paying extra for no real reason. Not really impressed

"Instructions were way more confusing than they should’ve been"
I ordered from Bag Riders and the install instructions were frustrating. A few steps felt like they were just missing, and some of the pictures didn’t even match what I was actually looking at on my setup. I ended up digging through forums and YouTube videos just to figure out basic parts of the install, which made the whole thing take way longer than it needed to. For what this stuff costs, I expected clearer guidance. And when companies just respond with some canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type apology, it doesn’t really help when you’re stuck in the garage trying to make sense of it all.

"Hardly Any Real Updates"
I placed an order and after that, I barely got any clear updates. The status just kind of sat there, so you end up checking it yourself over and over. When you’re spending that much money, a simple email letting you know what’s going on really shouldn’t be too much to ask. It was frustrating, i’m not sure I’d order again.

"Pretty limited selection"
I checked out bagriders.com expecting to find a decent mix of parts, but there just wasn’t much to choose from.
A bunch of the stuff I needed either wasn’t listed at all or only had one option, which made it tough to compare anything or feel confident it would fit. And then suddenly I was just annoyed, because I realized I’d have to open five other sites anyway.
If they happen to carry exactly what you need, it might be fine, but for me it didn’t really help much. I ended up ordering from somewhere else

"Honestly, it made the car feel less safe"
After using it, the steering just felt off and the car didn’t handle the way I expected. I don’t think it’s right to sell something that can make a car feel worse to drive, especially when safety is involved. I was hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately it left me feeling less confident behind the wheel.

I reached out to customer service and then just got left hanging for days. What made it even more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who was actually responsible for following up or fixing the problem. It felt like my request just got passed around or ignored, and nobody took ownership

I did learn a few useful things from the guides, so that was nice!!! But i wish the setup steps were explained more clearly!!! Some parts felt a little too basic and left me guessing what to do next!!!

"I ordered a few fittings and brackets…"
I ordered a few fittings and brackets, but when the package showed up, it didn’t match what I ordered. One part was completely wrong and another one was missing altogether. I checked my receipt just to make sure I wasn’t mistaken, and nope, it definitely wasn’t what I picked. What made it more frustrating was that I had to wait around for replies, and it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next to get it fixed. It ended up slowing down my whole install, which was annoying when I was counting on those parts being right.

"Polite, but I expected a bit more"
I reached out with a few technical questions about my air setup, and the responses were nice enough, but they felt basic. Maybe my questions were too specific, but I also think they should’ve known more since it’s their thing. It took longer than I expected too, which made it a little frustrating. Just a heads up for anyone hoping to really customize their kit — the options felt a lot more limited than I expected, and some of it was kind of confusing to figure out. I wanted more flexibility, but it didn’t really deliver for me. Might be fine for some people, but I’d definitely check the kit options closely before buying
